Mines pose a challenge to finding missing persons in Azerbaijan, said Program Operations Manager of the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP), Carmen Osorno, during the presentation of the ICMP’s assessment report on the search for missing persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan, organized by the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Persons, SİA reports.
According to her, it would be beneficial to carry out work in this field: "Our goal is to establish cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia. First, we need to provide assistance to Azerbaijan. Secondly, we need to resolve the cooperation issue."
