A fire broke out in the building materials market in Baku, Azerbaijan, SİA reports.

2 emergency medical teams were involved in the incident.

As a result of the fire, 1 person (male) died before medical attention.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that police officers were involved in the fire in the market where building materials were sold. All necessary measures are being taken, the area has been secured, it says.
