"There is a link on the State Examination Center's website, and we use psychometric tests to identify which areas applicants need to develop in, and provide advice and guidance," Chairperson of the Management Board of the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Maleyka Abbaszada, said during panel discussions at the Azerbaijan Career Development Forum organized by the State Employment Agency, APA reports.
"We are currently conducting these tests individually for children aged 14–15. However, today there is a meeting at the State Examination Center with school principals. We will propose that principals contact us so that we ensure all students undergo these tests."
Maleyka Abbaszada noted that this is a fully scientifically grounded tool, and the tests were developed by local specialists.
"We are also working to implement these tests on a broader audience and conduct them online," she emphasized.
Maleyka Abbaszada stated that these tests will prevent young people from making arbitrary choices regarding their specialties.
