White House: Biden to announce new measures against Russia

US President Joe Biden on Friday will announce new measures against Russia due to the situation in Ukraine, SİA informs, citing RIA Novosti.

At 10.15 (19.15 Baku time), the President will announce the actions on further steps to bring Russia to account, according to the information from the White House.
