Iran has agreed to halt uranium enrichment in exchange for an easing of the US sanctions, according to Al Hadath.
The broadcaster said mediators involved in Iran-US negotiations had helped facilitate the agreement, citing sources in Pakistan.
Iranian officials have not yet commented on the report.
Reuters, meanwhile, reported that talks between the United States and Iran are expected to take place in New York with Qatar acting as mediator.
Qatari mediators are expected to hold separate talks in New York with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and with the US side.
On Monday, Axios correspondent and Israel's Channel 12 journalist Barak Ravid, citing a US official, reported that President Donald Trump was prepared to ease sanctions on Tehran and unblock frozen Iranian assets if Iran complied with US demands regarding its nuclear program.
