During the consultations, the sides exchanged views on Turkish-Iranian relations, as well as the regional and international situation, especially in Syria, Afghanistan, the Caucasus and Yemen.
Political consultations were held between the Foreign Ministries of Turkey and Iran, the press service of the Turkish Foreign Ministry said, SİA reports.
The Ministry noted that political consultations were held in Ankara yesterday under the chairmanship of Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Sadat Onal and Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Ken.
