A rare earth minerals deal between the US and Ukraine was not signed Friday after a blowup between President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a person familiar with the matter says, SİA reports citing CNN.
It’s now “unclear” what will happen to the agreement, according to Timofiy Milovanov, president of the Kyiv School of Economics, who is also a freelance adviser to the head of Ukraine’s presidential office.“
This is all very serious and complicated. Now they will be making a move. It’s bad that the quarrel was filmed,” he said in a post on Facebook.
