UK Defense Minister Grant Shapps has announced that the United Kingdom will provide Ukraine with an additional 200 "Brimstone" missiles, SIA reports with reference to foreign media.
Things to know about 'Brimstone' missiles:
This missile model features an impressive maximum range and incorporates enhanced combined guidance, program software, and an airframe system.
Essentially, the operational principle of this system integrates the primary radar-guided head, which can identify ground targets, with a classic semi-active laser system. This design allows it to function in a 'fire and forget' mode, and additionally, facilitates the system in directing two missiles towards the same target.
