Alla Pugacheva will not sell her mansion in the village of Gryaz near Moscow due to the court's decision to refuse to cancel the status of foreign agent of Maxim Galkin.

SIA reports with reference to the foreign press that a source close to the star said: "It should be understood purely on an emotional level, too much money has been invested in the place where feelings and emotions are concentrated. This house holds many happy family memories. Selling it is like selling a piece of life. Pugacheva is strongly against it. The family will not allow that, at least not in the near future."

According to the source, the Primadonna hoped that the court would remove the status of a foreign agent from her husband. However, the star couple was prepared for failure, so the latest news did not come as a shock to Pugacheva.

It is stated that the grandson of the artist a few months ago put the property for sale on the CIAN portal at a price of 230 million rubles, but recently removed the ad.

Life explains that this property is a mansion with a pier and servants’ building, built for the artist on the riverbank in the village of Berezhki in the 90s. The area of ​​​​the main house recorded in Presnyakov is 800 square meters. m, the land was registered on the daughter of Pugacheva Kristina Orbakaite – 70 acres.

It was reported that the sales announcement was made earlier. Initially, the value of the property was estimated at $3 million, but that soon changed.
