Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to France Leyla Abdullayeva has congratulated Sophie Lagutte on her appointment as France’s new ambassador and voiced optimism about the future of bilateral ties.
According to SİA, Abdullayeva shared her message on the social platform X, writing:
"My sincere congratulations to you, dear colleague Sophie Lagutte. I hope our joint efforts will contribute to the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France."
