Ambassador of Turkiye: "Shusha Declaration is a task for everyone"

“For 30 years, Azerbaijani military personnel attended training and received education in Turkiye. Turkiye and Azerbaijan have become stronger in 30 years,” Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said while addressing the participants of Diplomacy Week in Baku.

The envoy made the remark while talking on "Turkiye-Azerbaijan alliance relations after the Shusha Declaration, new regional realities and the reconstruction of Karabakh and Turkiye's role in its development."

According to him, as a result, the Azerbaijani Army got stronger and ended the 30-year occupation in 44 days.

“Azerbaijan-Turkiye relations are an example for other countries in the region. Friends, always have the Shusha Declaration at hand. We need to know it line by line. The Shusha Declaration is a task for everyone. The Shusha Declaration is a road map for each of us. Our presidents have made such a statement: ‘Our strength is in our unity!’ If we are together, we will be stronger. We should always be together and in cooperation. The Shusha Declaration is a step for the future,” the envoy said.
