Health Minister: Seasonal flu has spread in Azerbaijan

"Seasonal flu has recently spread in Azerbaijan," Health Minister Teymur Musayev told journalists, SİA reports.

The minister said within two years, the traditional exchange of viruses and bacteria was disrupted in the societies experiencing the pandemic, resulting in seasonal flu spread sporadically.

"Therefore, flu vaccines were brought to our country for prophylactic purposes and distributed to medical institutions," the minister added.
