Azerbaijan's Lankaran were flooded, 22 people evacuated

The "112" hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has received information regarding flooding of some areas in the city of Lankaran and the villages of Girdani, Kosalar and Shilevar in the district due to intensive rainfall, SİA reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The Ministry's forces are currently carrying out evacuation of citizens who are having difficulty leaving flooded areas, draining water, and other necessary safety measures. A total of 22 citizens have been evacuated so far.
