Under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the contact line of troops in the west of Tapgaragoyunlu village of Azerbaijan’s Goranboy region will be monitored on May 4.
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s press service told SIA that Coordinator of the Office of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Palatinus and field assistant Anthal Herdic, OSCE High-Level Planning Group representative, Lieutenant Colonel Michael O’Connor will conduct monitoring on the Azerbaijani side, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative’s field assistants Khristo Khristov, Marius Puodziunas and OSCE High-Level Planning Group representative, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Nepokritikh will conduct monitoring on the opposite side of the contact line.
