President Ilham Aliyev presents combat flag to Ministry of Emergency Situations`civil defense forces
President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-In-Chief Ilham Aliyev attended a ceremony of presentation of the combat flag to the Ministry of Emergency Situations` civil defense troops. The presentation ceremony was held at a military unit of civil defense forces. Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov reported to the Head of State. President Ilham Aliyev laid flowers at a monument to the national leader Heydar Aliyev here. Commander of the civil defense forces, major general Ilham Abdullayev reported to the Supreme Commander-In-Chief. President Ilham Aliyev greeted soldiers of the military unit. Then, Supreme Commander-In-Chief Ilham Aliyev presented a war flag to the civil defense forces. President Ilham Aliyev made a delivery speech at the event. President Ilham Aliyev familiarized with the military unit after its reconstruction.
