Planning monitoring according to the mandate of the personal representative of OSCE chairman in-Office in the contact line in west direction of Kamarli village of Gazakh region has happened. As SIA reports according to the Ministry of Defence nevertheless the Armenian side has been seen 1- 1.5 km edge from coordinated previously. It could be disturbance case.
Note that in Azerbaijan side the monitoring was held by office coordinator of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Imre Platinus and field assistant Jaslan Nurtazin. At the opposite side that known as Azerbaijan grounds in international context was held by assistants of office coordinator of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office field Khristo Khristov and William Prayor and Antal Herdich.
