Romanian "Evenimentul Zilei" newspaper has published an article by Adviser for Strategic Affairs and International Security to the president of Romania, Iulian Chifu. The article tells the story of Armenia`s occupation of Azerbaijan`s Nagorno-Karabakh and seven surrounding regions, SIA reports quoting the AZERTAC.
The article says Armenia presents Azerbaijan`s lands as its own territory, once again confirming its aggressiveness and jeopardizing stability in the South Caucasus region. "This step of Armenia is aimed at changing – by force - Europe's borders." The article says official Yerevan demonstrates a non-constructive position in the negotiations to solve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
