"Belief in the UN Security Council is declining" Former Turkish President Abdullah Gul told at the 3rd Global Forum being held in Baku.
"We are all disappointed over failures in resolving problems. Shall we expect all problems to be settled if the Security Council becomes more democratic and efficient? No. But these reforms will bring new energy to the international community,"added Mr Gul.
