The functioning of the branches and representations of unregistered foreign non-profit organizations will be banned in Azerbaijan.
The Parliament told that a special annex is being made to article 4.1 of the law on "State registration of legal entities", SIA reports.
According to annex, branches or representations of foreign non-profit organizations will be brought to justice in case of functioning without having been registered.
The document will be discussed at the parliament during this session.
