Poland concerned about unresolved Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
Poland is concerned about the unresolved Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and protracted status quo, said Foreign Minister of this country Radoslaw Sikorski.

"We do not recognize the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and fully support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan," said the minister at a press conference following his visit to Baku.

Sikorski is in the first official visit to Baku on July 17-18.

The Polish Minister said that Poland is involved in the process of settlement by diplomat of OSCE, Polish-born Andrzej Kasprzyk - the personal representative of OSCE Chairman on Nagorno-Karabakh.

However, the decision rests with the leaders of the parties to the conflict, said Sikorski.

"Azerbaijan and Armenia should resolve the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh," he said.

On Thursday, the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Republic will hold a so-called "presidential elections".

In this regard, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that these so-called "elections" are not constructive in nature and do not contribute to progress in talks on Nagorno-Karabakh.
