"Turkmenistan hasn’t addressed yet the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry that it is going to apply to the International court concerning the Kapaz field, said Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elmar Mammadyarov, SIA reports.
He said that the negotiations continued on legal status of the Caspian Sea: "The negotiations continue, the issues with three countries were coordinated. I think that we will be able to coordinate these issues with Turkmenistan and Iran on the basis of the same mechanisms".
