OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier, who will visit Azerbaijan tomorrow, will not meet with the representatives of "Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh" Public Union, Member of Board of Directors of the Public Union, rector of Baku Musical Academy Farhad Badalbeyli.
According to him, the meeting of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs, who will arrive in Azerbaijan on July 10, is not also expected. Badalbayli underlined that such meetings were ineffective and said that he hadn’t a hope in the Europeans: "I have no hope in the Europeans. The issue on our southern neighbor is clear, there is no sense in believing in our northern neighbor. In general, I don’t believe in anyone. Only we can decide fate of Azerbaijan. The army must be more powerful, only we can solve the problem. It is impossible to hope in anyone, I don’t believe in anyone. The co-chairs laugh at us when we meet them. They should organize a meeting of communities in the EU and the European Parliament. They don’t do it. But why do they come?"
Badalbayli condemned President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy: "His speech enraged me. I couldn’t understand the expression "we regret for violation of the territorial integrity". What’s that word, how "we regret"? I don’t understand their acts".
