A law on persons went missing in Karabakh war will be issued in Azerbaijan, Deputy Chairwoman of the Parliament Bahar Muradova said.According to her, the working groups will hold consultations in the Parliament’s committees due to issue of a bill.
"This process is at this stage now. I can’t say when the bill will be adopted, but the Azerbaijani parliament and government have a political will to adopt this bill".Muradova said that the law would reflect not only the search of missing people, social protection of their families, removal of psychological problems, identification, and establishment of blood bank of relatives of missing people: "The identification is very important for search of missing people.There must be consent of families and procedure rules for establishment of blood bank. That’s why the consultations are held. I consider that this document will be very important".
