Employees of the Ombudsperson’s Office visited the Baku Detention Facility of Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service and met 11 detainees.
Press service of the Ombudsperson’s Office told that one of the detainees - Zaur Guliyev didn’t complain about the condition in the detention facility and treatment, but he said that he was subjected psychological pressure and has health problems (stomach).
Vugar Gonagov, Mansur Yolchuyev, Javid Hajiyev, Alizadeh Aliyev and the others didn’t complain about the condition and treatment in the detention.
Relevant advices were given to head of the facility and physicians of the medical unit of the detention facility.
