The European Commission has published a call for
proposals under the Neighbourhood Civil Society Facility for action in
the public finance policy and management sector in Azerbaijan.
According to the guidelines for applicants, the global objective of the
call for proposals is to strengthen and promote the role of civil
society organizations in reforms and democratic changes taking place in
Azerbaijan through increased participation in the fulfillment of
Neighbourhood Policy objectives.
The deadline for the submission of applications is 9 March 2012. The
planned duration of an action may not be less than 18 months nor exceed
36 months. Grants requested under the call should fall between a minimum
of €50,000 and a maximum of €250,000.
The commission has €500,000 to allocate to proposals.
