The COP29 Presidency, with the UNFCCC Secretariat and partners, has organised workshops in Togo and Kenya under the Baku Global Climate Transparency Platform (BTP) to help African countries fast-track their Biennial Transparency Reports (BTR), COP29 Azerbaijan shared on X, SİA reports.
"Partners include the US EPA, African Development Bank, AIDA, and Commonwealth Secretariat. These efforts are key to advancing climate transparency and capacity-building in developing nations, bridging the gap between ambition and action," the post reads.
