Azerbaijani Minister of Education Misir Mardanov signed a decree on the holding of "last bell" events at the comprehensive schools.
SIA reports with reference to the ministry’s website that according to the order, the "last bell" event will be held only in the territory of general education schools within 3 hours on May 31, 2011.
Parent committees, parent-teacher associations and community representatives can also participate in the school-leaving events organized by the country’s comprehensive schools.
