The World Health Organization’s (WHO) Regional Director for Europe Dr. Zsuzsanna Jakab will visit Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Health Ministry said.
WHO Regional Office for Europe, which unites 53 countries, holds its sessions annually in September. The sessions, which are attended by the states of the European continent and the CIS countries, besides the health ministers of these countries are also attended by senior representatives of international organizations.
The regional director will hold a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers, in various UN structures represented in our country, as well as will visit the exemplary medical facilities.
