The European Union have begun to deprive Ukrainian refugees of a special status.

As Maxim Hyrik, the head of the family from Kiev, said, at first the hosts treated them with kindness and hospitality. But a few weeks later, the Malsters decided to cancel the contract without any warning or explanation.

"They even stopped talking to us and we received a letter to evict us from the house. They also turned off the Internet, so we were deprived of email and communication."

This was later shared by the refugee family to the newsletter.

The 40-year-old owner of the house, Dudley Malster, who threw the Ukrainian family out on the street, is a senior officer with 20 years of experience in the Royal Navy. He served in Afghanistan and Bahrain and was also involved in arranging overseas travel for the royal family.
