US President Donald Trump has said Washington had no choice but to launch an operation against Iran.
Speaking in an interview with WABC radio, Trump defended the decision, arguing that preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons was the key reason behind the operation.
“The reason I did it was because we had no choice. I would do it 100 times over. They cannot have a nuclear weapon, and they will not have one,” Trump said.
