The value of water will be known when there's none left

Some countries have declared a special situation regarding water use

Meanwhile, officials in France's 24 departments have declared a state of emergency over the use of fresh water due to a possible drought in the wake of record temperatures.

SIA reports that, according to "Le Figaro" citing the Ministry of Environmental Transition, restrictive measures have already been banned in some regions of the country, including the filling of pools with water, washing cars and irrigating gardens.

"The drought started very early this year ... This summer we are taking measures to avoid unmanageable conditions and control water resources."

This statement came from French Prime Minister Elizabeth Born.

The Prime Minister also made some confessions about the problems in the country. According to her, the government, which will face difficulties in feeding the animals, will allocate 400 million euros to help livestock farmers.

Andrei Dinga, a member of the Moldovan Farmers' Association, recently called on the government of farmers in the south of the country to pay attention to the severe drought, which affects the wheat harvest and threatens the autumn.

Meanwhile, Parvin Ngala, a spokesman for Oxfam International, said more than 21 million people in some African countries were on the brink of starvation due to rising grain and oil prices.

She noted that most of the wheat, about 90 percent, came to East Africa from Ukraine and Russia. In other words, these two countries controlled a significant part of the food market. But it is unknown what will happen after that.

According to her, today people from low-income countries do not have access to bread and other wheat products.

Returning to the experience of water, it should be noted that people living in some northern Italian cities these days will face heavy fines if they overuse water. The fact is that the severe drought in the country has forced mayors to take such a step.

Meanwhile, the Chilean government has decided to cut off water supplies to the capital, Santiago, due to years of drought. The local publications have called this restriction unprecedented in the city's 491-year history.
