Armenia says no intention to resume work of commission on unblocking communications with Azerbaijan

Armenia has no intention of returning to the work of the trilateral commission at the level of vice prime ministers from Azerbaijan, Russia, and Armenia, aimed at unblocking regional transport communications, SİA informs via Armenian media.

"No, we are not discussing this issue," Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan said.

Russian Vice Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk had earlier stated to the media that the work of the trilateral commission at the level of vice prime ministers from Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia had never been suspended, although at this stage it remains in a "dormant" state.
