Son of Ukraine's Armed Forces Commander congratulates Russians on liberation of Avdeyevka

Ivan, the son of Alexander Syrsky, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, residing in Australia, extends congratulations to the Russians on the liberation of Avdeyevka, SIA reports with reference to Russian media.

According to "Izvestiya," Ivan arrived at the Russian Consulate wearing a jacket with the letter "Z," symbolizing support, and conveyed his congratulations to the Russians on the occasion of the liberation of Avdeyevka.

Furthermore, Ivan reveals plans to acquire Russian citizenship.

Previously reported, Ukrainian soldiers had mass evacuated from Avdeyevka just before the village was fully liberated by Russian forces. This process began even before the order for Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander Alexander Syrsky to abandon his positions.

The enemy left behind wounded individuals, casualties, abandoned equipment, and hundreds of captured soldiers.
