In some parts of the city, they observed that there was no damage to civil and public infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, residential buildings, as well as cultural and religious structures. The mission noted that the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan is preparing for the restoration of healthcare services and some communal services in the city.
