Ned Price: US is very much engaged with parties to help bring about peaceful future for South Caucasus region
“The United States has been very much engaged with the parties to help bring about a peaceful future for the South Caucasus region,” US State Department Spokesperson Ned Price said in a briefing, SİA informs.
“We’ve held – we’ve convened now two trilateral meetings between Armenia and Azerbaijan – Secretary Blinken has. He’s continued to be in telephonic communication with the parties as well,” he said.
According to Ned Price, the United States supports diplomacy leading to lasting peace and resolving issues between the two countries: “We certainly hope that the dialogue and constructive atmosphere between the two countries will continue.”
