Azerbaijani MMA fighter to compete in UFC

Azerbaijan's famous MMA fighter Nariman Abbasov (28-3), the 5-time champion of "AMC Fight Night", is on his way to Las Vegas.

According to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Nariman will fight on September 6 within the "Dana White Contender Series" of UFC president Dana White, SIA reports.

Nariman's opponent will be LFA champion Ismael Bonfim (17-3) from Brazil, who continues his 11-game winning streak.
