US President Donald Trump has stated that his country collects intelligence on Russia and China, and that those countries are taking the same steps against the United States, SİA reports.
He made the remarks during a speech to Republican Party supporters in Iowa.
Emphasizing that he did not consider this a cause for concern, Trump said that China and Russia were monitoring the United States, but Washington was carrying out the same activities against those countries. "We do it better than they do, so don't worry," Trump added.
Trump did not disclose what intelligence was being collected or with whom he had discussed the matter.
