London "Arsenal" is negotiating with "Juventus" regarding the transfer of the Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo.
The clubs are supposedly in agreement on two aspects of the prospective deal in that an initial loan would be preferable, as well as an obligation to buy at the end of it, SIA cites Daily Express.
Although Gunners almost swooped Melo back in January, they decided to wait.
Arthur moved from "Barcelona" to "Juventus" last summer. Formally, the transfer amount was 72 million euros. Artur Melo played 20 games in the Italian Serie A last season and was not distinguished by his effective actions.
