Azerbaijani swimmers have won five medals at an international tournament in Ostrava, Czech Republic. SIA reports that, according to the press service of the Federation, on the third day of the competition, Ramil Velizadeh won a bronze medal in the 100-meter butterfly technique. He covered the distance in 54.52 seconds.
Maryam Sheykhalizadehangah was third in that category, reaching the finish in 1 minute 2.25 seconds.
It should be noted that Velizadeh previously won silver medals in the 200-meter butterfly technique, and Sheykhalizadehangah won bronze medals in the 50-meter freestyle and butterfly techniques.
