The International Chess Federation (FIDE) announced a new ranking list, SIA refers to local media.
The representative of Azerbaijan, Teymur Rajabov, has maintained his position on the 11th place with 2747 points. While Shahriyar Mammadyarov dropped one place and took 15th place with 2740 points.
As before, the Norwegian world champion Magnus Carlsen (2852) heads the list. Russian Yan Nepomnyashi (2793) is second, Chinese Liren Ding (2788) is third.
Among female chess players, Gunay Mammadzade (2472) is 20th, Ulviyya Fataliyeva (2427) is 39th.
Govhar Beidullayeva, world champion among young people, ranked 58th with 2387 points.
