Lionel Messi a transfer ‘target’ for another Saudi Arabian club in £245million-a-year deal

Lionel Messi is reportedly the target of an audacious swoop by Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal in a deal worth a whopping £245million per year, SIA refers to foreign media.

Messi will be a free agent in the summer, however, reports in France suggest the World Cup winner has a verbal agreement with the Ligue 1 champions to extend his stay at the club.

Despite links with Inter Miami and a return to Barcelona, PSG’s proposal appeared the most lucrative.

But a proposal from Al-Hilal could mean they become major players in the race to tie down the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner.
