Aleksandr Kerzhakov, the former striker of the Russian national team and Zenit, may become the new head coach of Azerbaijan's "Sabail" football club. The parties are currently negotiating on the deal, SIA reports.
According to a statement, the appointment of the 40-year-old specialist is expected to take place during the winter.
The management of "Sabail" is reportedly dissatisfied with the work of the current head coach Mahmud Gurbanov.
Aleksandr Kerzhakov has previously coached "Nizhny Novgorod" Russian football club.
