Qursali TV takes its name from the picturesque village of Qursali in the Hamamli region of Western Azerbaijan.
The channel was established on February 23, 2023, SIA reports.
The founder and manager of the channel are Samir Rahin Abbasov. Born on January 31, 1989, in Sumgayit city, Abbasov holds a higher education degree and is actively engaged in the banking sector. He is a family man with two children.
The newly launched Qursali TV is poised to bring diverse content to the region under Abbasov's leadership.
