"The information spread in the Armenian press about the alleged targeting of the civilian population and infrastructure by the Azerbaijani Army is another lie of the other side, disinformation," the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan wrote on Facebook, SİA informs.
"With this, the Armenian side is trying to cover up its large-scale provocation and distract the international community's attention," reads the statement.
