The British Embassy in Azerbaijan has opened a book of condolences in connection with the death of Queen Elizabeth II, SİA informs referring to the embassy’s Twitter page.
Everyone can pay tribute to the memory of Elizabeth II by leaving an entry in the book of condolences from 10:00 to 14:00 (GMT+4). In addition, it is possible to sign an online book of condolences.
Queen Elizabeth II, who ruled the longest in British history, died at the age of 96 on September 8, 2022.
Prince Charles, 73, has been formally proclaimed the King.
In connection with the death of the queen, the national flag was flown at half-mast over the administrative building of the British Embassy in Azerbaijan and the ambassador’s residence.
