Visit of NomadMania travel club members to Azerbaijan's Karabakh kicks off
The visit of the NomadMania travel club members to Azerbaijan's Karabakh has begun, SİA informs.
The club includes famous travelers from 30 countries, the US, the UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, France, Brazil, Morocco, Denmark, Chile, Portugal, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Syria, India, Serbia, Greece, Albania, Türkiye, Slovakia, Singapore, Italy, Spain, Iran, Cameroon, China, Australia and New Zealand.
The group leader is the world-famous traveler, founder of the NomadMania club Harry Mitsidis.
For three days, the travelers will get acquainted with large-scale restoration and construction works, demining activities, as well as traces of atrocities and destruction committed by the Armenian side during the occupation in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur. This trip plays an exceptional role in promoting the liberated territories as part of "black tourism."
Over the past five years since the Patriotic War, Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur have been visited 12 times by members of reputable international travel networks, including ETIC, MTP, TCC, NomadMania, as well as clubs, the majority of whose members are members of the following organizations: Turkish Travelers Club, Club-100 (Sweden), Piki Reels (the UK), Vagaclub (Norway). The current visit is a continuation of this process and the 13th group visit of international travelers to the liberated Azerbaijani territories.
