The employees of Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) of the Republic of Azerbaijan will monitor the progress of voting in Penitentiary Service institutions, military units and other places. The employees of the Ombudsman office will observe the elections to the Milli Majlis, including the elections to the Milli Majlis and the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the territory of the autonomous republic.
