Ex-adviser of Russian Embassy in France gets 18 years in prison for treason
Former adviser to the Russian Embassy in France, Igor Kondratsky, has been sentenced to 18 years in a maximum security colony for treason, according to the press service of the Moscow City Court, where this case was considered, SİA informs referring to TASS.
“The Moscow City Court rendered a verdict against Igor Kondratsky, who was found guilty of committing a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (high treason). The court imposed a sentence of imprisonment for a term of 18 years in a maximum security colony and restriction of freedom for two years. Kondratsky was stripped of the rank of reserve colonel,” the press service said.
