According to operational data for January-October 2022, 38.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas was produced in Azerbaijan. 11.1 billion cubic meters of gas was produced from "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli", 20.7 billion cubic meters from "Shah Deniz", 6.6 billion cubic meters from SOCAR. Compared to the corresponding period of last year, gas was produced with an increase of 7.3 percent, i.e. 2.6 billion cubic meters.
During the reporting period, gas sales abroad amounted to 18.2 billion cubic meters, which is 17.4 percent more than in the corresponding period of last year. Within 10 months, 6.9 billion cubic meters of gas were sold to Turkey, 9.3 billion cubic meters to Europe, and 2 billion cubic meters to Georgia. About 4.7 billion cubic meters of gas was transported to Turkey with TANAP during this period.
From the commissioning of the "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" and "Shahdeniz" fields to November 1 of the current year, 201.2 billion cubic meters of gas were produced from "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" and 178.2 billion cubic meters from "Shahdeniz". During this period, 124.3 billion cubic meters of gas produced from the Shah Deniz field was exported.
In January-October 2022, 27.2 million tons of oil (including condensate) were produced in the country. "Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli" accounted for 17.1 million tons of oil production in the republic, and "Shah Deniz" for 3.6 million tons (condensate). SOCAR's oil production (including condensate) amounted to 6.5 million tons.
During the reporting period, 21.9 million tons of oil (including condensate) were transported for export. About 20.7 million tons of it fell to the consortium, and 1.2 million tons to SOCAR.
From the commissioning of "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" and "Shahdeniz" fields until November 1, 2022, about 603 million tons of oil (including condensate) were produced. 563.5 million tons of oil were extracted from "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" and 39.5 million tons of condensate from "Shahdeniz". 601 million tons were transported for export until November 1 of the current year.
During the 10 months of 2022, oil processing in the country amounted to 5.1 million tons.
