Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan, Gurbanmammet Elyasov, SIA refers to the press service of the Ministry.
At the meeting, issues regarding the current situation and development prospects of energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan were discussed. The importance of the Memorandum of Understanding on the joint exploration, development and exploitation of hydrocarbon resources of the "Dostluq" field for beneficial cooperation in the relevant field between the two countries was also discussed.
